Do you work with platforms other than Shopify?

We specialize in Shopify stores as of now, but you can reach out to see if there is any other platform that we can work on.

What does your process look like?

Our process follows five key steps: 1) Discovery - analyzing your current performance and goals, 2) Strategy Development - creating a customized plan, 3) Implementation - executing the changes, 4) Testing & Optimization - refining based on data, and 5) Reporting & Ongoing Support - providing insights and continued assistance.

How long does a typical project take?

Both our CRO and speed optimization packages are completed within one week. For other types of work, timelines are determined through either retainer agreements or custom work contracts based on project scope and requirements. We'll provide specific timelines during our consultation after understanding your needs.

Do you offer ongoing support after project completion?

We don't offer ongoing support for standard packages. Support is only available through retainer agreements or for custom development work where a predetermined amount of support is included in the contract. For any additional needs after project completion, you can inquire about our retainer services.

Results & Pricing

What kind of results can I expect?

While results vary by project, our clients typically see significant improvements. For speed optimization, expect 30-50% faster load times and improved Core Web Vitals scores. CRO projects generally yield 20-50% increases in conversion rates and 15-30% higher average order values.

How do you price your services?

We offer both project-based pricing and monthly retainers depending on your needs. Project fees are determined based on scope, complexity, and expected impact. We provide detailed quotes after our initial consultation and discovery phase. For specific pricing information, please contact us for a personalized quote.

Do you offer any guarantees?

We can guarantee improvements in page load speed and conversion rate optimization metrics for our packages. However, we cannot guarantee specific Google Core Web Vitals scores, as these are influenced by many external factors outside our control. Other metrics like user engagement are also affected by various factors beyond the technical implementation.

Working Together

What information do you need from me?

To get started, just fill out the information on the sign up form, and we will go from there. If any additional technical information is needed, we'll request it as the project progresses.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, we're happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements before discussing sensitive business information. Client confidentiality is extremely important to us, and we treat all client data with the utmost care.

What is your package workflow?

For our standard packages, once we approve the services (based on availability), we'll send an invoice for payment in full. Work begins immediately after payment is received. Upon completion, we'll deliver a final report detailing all improvements made and results achieved. We'll also answer any follow-up questions you may have about the work completed.

How does the process work for custom work and CRO services?

For custom work and CRO services, you'll first fill out a request form on the sign up page. If there's a good fit and availability, we'll reach out to schedule a discovery call. Based on this call, we'll provide a detailed quote. Once we agree on pricing, we'll work out the specific terms of the engagement. Then, we'll send an invoice, and work begins after payment is received.
